In each phase, we experience varied emotions, beliefs and find new meaning in our life. It is so important to realise that all we have is this one life to live. Let’s live it by being our true selves. Through these poems, I have tried to focus on valuing the smaller aspects of life and finding happiness in them. Additionally, the writing draws attention to giving back to the people around us – as that is a true measure of our happiness. Writing Straight From My Heart, has also shown me that most of the time, the answer to all our challenges and questions lies just within us, all we need is a bit of soul searching. Writing these poems has given me a medium to express myself candidly and feel liberated. Hope you enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed writing them.
