In him, we too have been placed far above principalities and powers. The implication is that we can no longer afford to cower under them in fear. When you are positionally above someone, they take orders from you not the other way round. You must continue to enforce your superior position over them and not allow them mess around your life.7.The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ resulted in his exaltation - he has the highest name in heaven, earth and beneath the earth."And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen" Matthew 28:18-20Jesus, the one who has the greatest name and the one to whom all power and authority in heaven, earth and beneath the earth belong to has sent us all on an assignment. He did not leave us alone; he says he is with us till the end of the world. What a benefit to know that you have the authority of the universe behind you. There is no limitation of any sort. By his death and resurrection, all authority given to us has been consolidated. You can make pronouncements and declarations in his name and see them come to pass. Hallelujah!8. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil" 1 John 3:8He came to destroy the works of the devil and the devil himself.
