Vintage Anatomy Art Creation The author has digitally designed unique anatomical artwork for framing by pairing vintage copyright-free images of human anatomy found in the Public Domain archives with upcycled vintage dictionary pages. Images as seen on the cover Due to the expansive nature of this subject and a desire for continuity, the illustrations used in this book came from one vintage book, as did the randomly selected dictionary pages. The anatomy book: "A Series of Anatomical Plates with References and Physiological Comments, Illustrating the Structure of the Different Parts of the Human Body" was published in 1845 by Jones Quain, MD with the exact name of the illustrator of the anatomy images unknown. The dictionary used for the creation of pages in this publication: "A Dictionary of the English Language" was published in 1860 by Joseph E. Worchester. Human anatomy drawings in this collection show muscles, organs (lungs, heart, colon, kidneys, liver, brain), arteries, tendons, bones, and skulls. NOTE: Frames are not included with your purchase.
